didn’t have problems with my dsl speed since july till 4 days ago. some friends are going with globe dsl. i too applied online for the reason that pldt has become unreliable. i hope you can give me a reason to stick it out with you.
btw, was told by the lineman that the ip address i was obtaining 4 days ago was “erratic”.

OUR AREA IN SANDOVAL AVE. PINAGBUHATAN PASIG CITY HAS NO TELEPHONE LINES FOR 5 DAYS ALREADY. BUSINESSES ARE AFFECTED. PLDT REPAIR GROUP ARE TOO…… SLOW!!!!!!! BUT PLDT ARE VERY FAST IN BILLINGS AND CUTTING LINES. THEY CAN BE COMPARED TO TAXIS. TRANSACTIONS HAVE BEEN DELAYED, LOSSES HAVE BEEN INCURRED.
IT SEEMS PLDT IS NOT CONCERNED THAT BUSINESSES WILL INCUR LOSSES. YOU HAVE TO BE CONTENTED WITH RECORDED VOICE MESSAGES, SORRIES, ALIBIS AND UNIFORMED ANSWERS IN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE 171 & 173.
NO CONCRETE ANSWER WHEN IT WILL BE SOLVED.

This is to complain about the illegal disconnection my telephone ,#784-xxxx. The bill was paid on September 24, 2010. The official receipt was stamped #xxxxx-xxxxxx, therefore, I demand that the service for the above-mentioned telephone number be restored immediately.
Obviously, the service we are receiving from your company is very poor. Sometime in early part of this year that same telephone number did not function and was reported to you right away but it took more than 15 days before your technician repaired the line.
When I asked for credit for the time it was not functional, you refused to give us the credit. That is very unfair to customers like me.

walang kuenta ang magkaroon ng customer service ninyo ang daming dadaanan tapos pag dating sa huli lagi voice tape ang maririnog natin umaabot hangang limang oras ang hinintay ko pero ni minsan hnd ko nakontak ang billing section dahil dun pa lang sa customer service pinaantay na ako lagi sinasabi na may inaatend ibang suctomer but then umabot na ng limang oras hn dpa rin naconnect ..nakakainis na..sana baguhin na lang ninyo ang style sa pag inquire masyado mabagal service ninyo..walng kuenta ang pagkaroon ng customer service ..tangalin na lang yan mas maayos pa…
I can completely relate. PLDT customer service is so frustrating because it is non-existent. I own an internet cafe and have been having problems with my internet connection for the passed two weeks. Not only that, my phone line has been disconnected as well for four days now. The first time I called, the agent told me that she will send a technician. The next day, I got a call from the technician himself informing me that there is currently a problem with some of their lines but they are fixing it so my internet connection would return to normal in about A WEEK. I felt it was useless to explain to him that it may just be a week to him, but to me, it meant that my business would be paralyzed for one whole week. Worse than that, the week came and went but my internet connection got worse and worse. When I picked up the phone to call them again, I discovered that even my phone has been disconnected. I had to buy a smart sim so I can call them again for the second time. After the endless verification questions that I had to answer, with the agent obviously not having any idea what she was doing, her only resolution was that, again, she was going to dispatch a technician. I waited the whole of next day but no technician appeared. So I called again, after being transferred a number of times between their 171 and 173 hotlines, I got the same answer: They are going to send a freaking technician.
And guess what??? Still no technician!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m seriously considering transferring to globe dsl.

. PLDT customer service is so frustrating because it is non-existent.. im trying to access Directory Assistance: 187 AND ITS NOT WORKING… KINDLY DO SOMETHIN G ABOUT THIS!!!!!
